View the Dining Hall Menu for the week online. On the menu bar, follow Places to Eat>What’s on the Menu. Proceed to select Lifestyle Dining from the drop down menu for each day’s offerings.
For Nutrition Charts, follow Total Health>Nutrition Charts. Here, you will be able to add your meals to a personalized log, and allow it to calculate your total nutrient intake each day. Use this handy online tool to make adjustments to your diet and gain a sense of overall eating patterns to help you gain, lose, or maintain body weight.
From April until December, local farmers visit the UNC Asheville campus every Saturday with fresh fruit and vegetables, along with other products such as eggs, baked goods, herbs, and pasta. It could not be easier to stock up on delicious locally grown items.
